Pedestrians had to do some fancy footwork to dodge a car that ran off the street and struck an air conditioning unit at a downtown Jackson church Wednesday around 4pm. The female driver lost control of the car crashing into the unit on East Baltimore Street at Grace and Mercy Church. The driver was taken away by ambulance and there were no other injuries in the accident.
