A flood warning remains in effect until Friday, Jan. 18, for the south fork of the Forked Deer River. At 7 p.m., last night, the stage was at 34.5 feet. The flood stage is at 34 feet. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is in the forecast. If the water gets to 34 feet, businesses along Westover Road will be affected by flood waters, said the National Weather Service.A river flood warning is also in effect for the Obion River.
