Former Jackson Attorney Clay McCormack was in court yesterday. McCormack pleaded not guilty to two counts of bank fraud and two counts of making false statements and was released on a $10,000 bond. The U.S. government wants MdCormack to repay $3.8 million dollars he is accused of defrauding local banks.
