8th District Confressman Stephen Fincher was in Jackson to address Rotary Club members on Monday. Topics of Rep. Fincher’s talk included the overall state of the country’s financial state and the looming fiscal cliff. Fincher says the country has to look at how it spends money and be sure we are being more transparent than in the past.
