Two Jackson men have been arrested and charged with burglary, theft of property under $500 and possession of burglary tools. A North Royal resident returned home on Wednesday morning around 8:30 to discover his residence was being burglarized by Terry Wallace, 45, and Lloyd Ragan, 50. Wallace has an outstanding warrant in McNairy county as well. The pair will be arraigned this morning in Jackson City Court.
