The12th annual JEWEL Awards, presented by the Jackson Madison County African-American Chamber of Commerce, will be presented on February 22 at the New St. Luke Activity Center. JEWEL is an acronym for Joining Entrepreneurs with Enterprising Leadership. Nominations for the awards are due by January 31. More information is available by calling 424-2030.
